In Radiohead’s new video for “House of Cards”, no cameras or lights were used. Instead, 3D plotting technologies collected information about the shapes and relative distances of objects. The video was created entirely with visualizations of that data. The 2012 Jisan Valley Rock Festival will be held at Jisan Valley Ski Resort in Icheon, South Korea from July 27–29, 2012. English Rock band Radiohead will perform for the first time in Korea during the festival. In addition to Radiohead, another British band, the Stone Roses, will be the headline act. The band’s participation in the music festival, held at Jisan Forest Resort, will mark its first concert in Korea since its debut some 19 years ago.

Radiohead drummer Phil Selway has officially announced the details of his solo album. There had been reports from last year saying that there was a possibility that he would be releasing an album. Update: Splendour Organisers squash rumours via Twitter @SplendourintheGrass: “Re the speculation about Radiohead @ SITG this year, we’d like to officially dispel these rumours, unfort they’re not playing Splendour 2012″ @SplendourintheGrass: “And while we’re here… brace yourselves… ditto for The Stone Roses, they won’t be playing Splendour 2012 either “ Fuji Rock has often shared bands with Splendour, along with Summersonic, the other major festival that takes place in Japan’s summer season. However interesting it may be, it seems Splendour may not have the facilities to accommodate their needs. Our sources tell us that we will see an Australian Radiohead tour this year but they won’t play Splendour, instead the tour will consist of arena shows, perhaps later on this year.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Black Keys, Radiohead, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg will headline two weekends of concerts at The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Organizers of the Indio, Calif., music festival on Monday announced a dizzying list of top musicians who are slated to perform over two long weekends, April 13-15 and April 20-22. The six-day concert schedule marks the first time Coachella is to extend over two consecutive weekends.
